Data We Collect
Account Information: Name, email, organisation, country, payment details.
Usage Data: Model usage, token consumption, API calls, features accessed, session duration.
Content Processed: Prompts and inputs temporarily processed to generate responses.
Technical Data: Device type, browser, IP address, OS, general location.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve services, process payments, communicate updates, monitor for abuse, generate anonymised analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage & Infrastructure
ANED AI processes and stores data on African cloud infrastructure. Your data remains on the continent unless you explicitly request otherwise. All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Enterprise customers may choose specific data centre locations and on-premise deployment.
Data Sharing
We share data only with: infrastructure providers (bound by DPAs), payment processors, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not share, sell, or rent data for advertising.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access, correct, delete, export, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@anedcenter.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Account data: duration of account + 90 days. Prompt content: up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. API logs: 90 days. Your prompts and content are never used to train our models.

Children's Privacy
ANED AI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
