Acceptable Use
ANED AI supports legitimate business, educational, research, creative, and personal productivity use cases across all African markets. You may use our services for document drafting, research, analysis, translation, coding, customer service, compliance, and other lawful purposes.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use ANED AI to: generate content violating any law; create malware, weapons instructions, or CBRN content; produce child sexual abuse material; engage in harassment or hate speech; generate disinformation; conduct unauthorised surveillance; impersonate others; circumvent safety filters; build competing models using outputs; or cause serious harm.
Rate Limits & Fair Use
Plan allocations: Starter 100K/mo, Pro 5M/mo, Team 20M shared/mo, Tembo Dev 2M/mo, Tembo Team 10M shared/mo. Extra usage billed at API rates. Automated systems must respect limits.
API Guidelines
API keys are confidential. Applications must comply with this policy. High-volume use must be disclosed. Do not reverse-engineer or extract model weights.
Consequences
Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.
